Picked up a C notebook without internal wifi. Bought used Latitude C But that doesn’t work either.
This is an old thread, but I’m bumping it! Is there any other place I can get drivers for this adapter besides the Latitude C drivers and downloads page? Latitude C doesnt show any wireless networks.
It used some broadcomm drivers that hadn’t been cleaned off the PC yet and didn’t use any 3rd oatitude client software. If there is nothing connected to the antenna wires, then it probably means you don’t have an internal wireless adapter. I now want to go wireless.

I did not see anything connected to the antenna cables. This work for me on getting the card to work.

In the driver options, “disable on wired lan connect” is disabled. I have had my Dell Latitude C over 5 years. Dell touchpad not showing in device manager. Popped the card out and cleaned the contact traces with contact cleaner, resnapped on the antennas and reseated card. If there is not one dell latitude c640 wifi in Device Manager, check to see if one is physically installed layitude looking in the MiniPCI card slot.
